then they were asked on how Infinity Ward felt about the petition for the dedicated server:

so where in this statement means that the entire petition is fake or that they dont listen to their fans.

LOL i was good with this decision, but poor implementation IMO.
the MTDM FFA and 3rdperson playlist are the only ones with party chat, that a no doubter since they are technically all FFA games.
Now i do wish for it in TDM and Groundwar ... Maybe in HCTDM, but anything that takes up respawn may need to have the chat blocked. all i know groundwar going to suck hearing 18 people at the same time, or 9 people in the same team

having music playing in the background is not a feature that is listed in any of the game manuals, its not a need more of a want and an unnecessary want, listen to music off your dam phone, ipod, comp, or Mp3. the hacking i never heard of these hacks at all for ps3 and i knew they existed in 360 but none at all for ps3, now this issue should of been addressed but, for the 360 this issue was not addressed months and i mean 6+ months after the hacks started.

Whoa they do care for their fans, but its not their fault sony announces trophys and all developers at the time had to come up with this concept for the PS3. you really want these ps3 features that are not available as a standard for the ps3, or at the time COD4 was release.

IW hell even Teryarch develop the games to a point that the Gamer needs to move forward, if you were expecting a fix number of enemies to pop out then you really never played a COD game at all. the entire point of this is to get the player to crawl up and move to the next checkpoint to finish the game.

this game is fun, im already lvl 20 and i got some kickass guns, now when i play with friends online and we beat a boss or such, we duel for the weapon if more than one people wants it. so this game is fun if you play with friends if you have no friends at all... then your bone bud

Dude i just bought killzone 2 and a ps3, and to tell you the truth killzone is the same thing as you mentioned. who ever pulls out the gun first wins. killzone who ever stays in the back shooting wins, who ever takes out the dam revolver wins, who ever uses the dam shotty or rocket launcher wins, you get wat im trying to say.
IMO both these game are similar the only difference in killzone you cant throw a grenade across the map. but killzone requires no skill to tell u the trut...

wow dude nice way of putting that idea, but its true us (humans) always do these types of things to ourselves. there were/are good perks but some a hole customers ruin it for the majority. and you are right, karma for those who believe will come back and bite you in the a$$. now in this case the kid already is settled with 400 bucks, why have more i would return it and tell them of the error. i would still hope to keep the 400 bucks rather than the xbox, so i can get the MW2 edition.
